He is a retired money manager with Key Bank and is also a Certified Public Accountant with 30 year's of business experience.
We know how many of our customers have liked working with my oldest son Alex Rasmussen. Alex has been building computers for many years and specializes in Linux, hardware troubleshooting, RAID installations, Windows Server 2003, high-end gaming computer problems and wireless network installations. However, Alex is in sunny Pasadena, California, attending Caltech (California Institute of Technology) as a junior and majoring in physics. His brother Dan is already helping in the shop, specializing in spyware and adware removal problems.
Our office is located in our home in Leroy Township, southeast of Painesville. We do not use a storefront because we are not a retailer of computer equipment. We work on location and also pick-up and deliver computers.
Our office is currently configured with three Linux servers (Debian) for LDAP, Apache and data/backups and in addition we are running an array of Windows 7, Vista, XP and Server 2003 workstations. We don't want to fail to mention the Chief Assistant in charge of playtime activities, Molly our Golden Retriever.
