Our commercial business serves approximately 40 customers in Lake, Geauga and Cuyahoga counties. We provide on location hardware, software and networking support. Generally, our typical commercial customer has less than eight users, has networked Quickbooks or Peachtree accounting software, industry specific applications and uses shared folders mapped from a server. We support Windows Server installations. We also specialize in network cabling having gained experience on over a hundred jobs with Excel Management Systems, located in Columbus, Ohio. We will do data rack cleanup and reorganization, migration to faster networks, switch and router installlations. Our customer base includes law firms, medical practices, insurance agents, machine tool shops, machine sales companies, an industrial signage and lighting company, various service companies including two court reporting companies,a travel agent, a commercial truck repair company, a motorcycle repair company, a gas station, several landscaping companies, a waste disposal company and an internet retailer. Our normal rate for commercial services is $60 per hour.
